Silverpop, an e-mail marketing and customer communication firm based in Atlanta, has acquired Silverpop, an e-mail marketing products and services provider. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The company expects to combine its research and development, sales and account management functions into a single, company-wide structure. Epigraphx, Redwood City, CA, also provides data services, fax marketing and analytics.
