Ralph Drybrough, senior vice president of business list services for Direct Media Inc., left the the company Dec. 14, calling into question the tentative agreement reached in November for management to buy back DMI from Acxiom Corp., Conway, AR. It was unclear whether Drybrough’s departure was voluntary or not. A source at Greenwich, CT-based DMI confirmed Drybrough’s departure but declined comment.
