Draft Chicago has named Rich Kelleman vice president, director of strategic planning.
He comes to Draft after seven years at Upshot in Chicago, where he rose from senior manager to vice president of creative planning. Previously, he held posts with Fallon McElligott in Minneapolis.
Before joining the agency world, Kelleman was president and founder of West-East Foundation, a nonprofit corporation he formed in the early 1990s to promote AIDS awareness and education on college campuses.
