R.R. Donnelley has acquired Momentum Logistics Inc., a Florida-based package distribution services company for $17 million.
The acquisition reportedly gives R.R. Donnelley Logistics direct access to hundreds of local entry points in the U.S. Postal Service’s network in the Southeast.
MLI operates sortation facilities and a dedicated fleet of vehicles to provide business-to-business and business-to-consumer package distribution services.
