Dolan Media Co. will sell its public records business to LexisNexis. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The units include Dolan Information Center, U.S. Corporate Services LLC and Clickdata.com Inc. They employ 200 people.
They compile public records such as bankruptcies, liens, court judgments and eviction notices.
Minneapolis-based Dolan will retain its newspaper and teleservices divisions.
The units will join LexisNexis
