DMS Group, Inc. has acquired Williams Kincaid Group (WKG), an Elmhurst, IIL-base direct marketing agency.
The acquisition was completed Jan. 15. WKG’s management team, including president John Brahm, will remain with the company. DMS, which also owns American Mail Services and Lynn Marketing, is based in Naperville, IL.
