Direct Media Inc. has been tapped to manage the Thompson & Co. file, package insert and blow-in programs.
Thompson & Co., which markets custom. handmade cigars, tobaccos and pipes, is adding two new selections to the 225,000-name buyer file. Thompson put together an avid golfers selection by querying their call-in customers. A business-to-business selection was built through a proprietary product from DMI and Acxiom.
Other selections include last-one and last-six-month and quarterly hotlines, dollar selects up to $150+ and state/SCF/ZIP.
The price on the list is $75 per thousand.
The alternative media programs were introduced in the last couple of months. The PIP includes 950,000 inserts annually, and the blow-in circulation is 7 million.
