Direct Media Inc, Greenwich, CT, has formed a strategic alliance with I-Behavior Inc., Harrison, NY.
Under the agreement, Direct Media will be the exclusive representative for I-Behavior’s co-op database in the catalog and publishing industries. Direct Media will receive an undisclosed amount of equity as part of the agreement.
The database combines offline and online data on direct marketing buyers. E-mail buyers in the database have opted in.
