Direct Media Forms Online Marketing Group

Direct Media Inc. has consolidated all its online marketing services into a new e-marketing group for nonprofit fundraising and other types of clients.

“We’ve provided various e-mail and Web services in the past, but we wanted to give our clients access to one experienced, dedicated team to help them with online marketing initiatives,” said in statement CEO Larry May.

Services being offered include e-mail deployment, e-mail address append, creative, search engine marketing, lead generation, Can Spam e-mail list compliance and other Web and multichannel marketing services.

The group has launched an initiative targeting nonprofits to offer package of services. “It’s a pretty big deal for us as more and more nonprofits are utilizing our e-marketing services, says Ed Bocknik, executive vice president of e-commerce services at DMI.

DMI’s online marketing clients include Boardroom, International Herald Tribune, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, Contour Marketing, Cricket Magazine and the U.S. Golf Association.
