Direct Holdings Americas Inc. has appointed Hakan Lindskog its managing director. Direct Holdings Americas Inc. is the licensee of the Time Life trademark for the sale of music, video, and other products. Lindskog is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the business in the United States. He reports to Strauss Zelnick, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Direct Holdings Worldwide, L.L.C.
Lindskog comes to Alexandria, VA-based Direct Holdings from MediaBay, a multi-channel marketer of audio books and classic radio shows, where he served as president and CEO. Previously he served as group executive vice president and COO of International Masters Publishers, a direct marketing publisher of consumer reference materials operating in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
