Digital Agency Organic Promotes Two Senior Execs

Organic, Inc., a digital communications agency, has promoted Conor Brady from VP of creative to senior VP and chief creative officer. Separately Steve Kerho, who had been vice president, was named senior VP of analytics, media and marketing optimization.

As chief creative officer, Conor will continue to oversee Organic’s creative group. As part of his new role, Conor is restructuring how the creative team works. Previously Conor held the roles of VP of creative and group creative director when he joined Organic in 2006. Prior to Organic, he was a creative director at Razorfish Before that, Conor was creative director at PolyGram/Universal.

In his new role, Kerho will continue to lead Organic’s marketing intelligence group, which focuses on the return on investment elements of advertising. He previously was director of interactive marketing and media for Nissan North America, where he managed all media planning, strategy and buying for the Nissan and Infiniti brands, and all online content. Prior to joining Nissan, Steve was chief strategy officer for The Designory. He has also held various positions in marketing, product planning, strategy and sales for Mazda Motors of America and Isuzu Motors of America.
