Independent children’s entertainment company DIC Entertainment has named Hasbro veteran Michael Verrecchia as senior VP-marketing.
In his new role, he will oversee all marketing and promotional initiatives for DIC, including marketing strategies for the company’s brand properties Strawberry Shortcake and the upcoming release of Trollz.
He will be responsible for creating and executing multi-layered retail and consumer campaigns, including advertising, promotions and publicity.
Most recently, he worked for about 14 years as a marketing executive in various divisions at Hasbro, Inc.
