Computer direct marketer Dell Computer Corp., Round Rock, TX, will invest 110 million French francs ($17.6 million) to build a new home and small business center, charged with coordinating computer sales via telephone or Internet, according to reports. Dell expects to create 500 jobs in Montpellier, France over the next three to five years.
