Rodale Inc., the health and wellness information company, has named David Kang senior vice president and general manager of online subscription services. The appointment is effective immediately.
Kang is responsible for acquisition, retention and profitability of all Rodale online subscription businesses, including Thebiggestloserclub.com; Bob Greene’s Thebestlife.com; VH1’s Celebrityfitclub.com; Frenchwomendontgetfat.com; and a variety of other properties.
Kang had previously been with Major League Baseball Advanced Media, where he served as senior vice president of entertainment and COO of Entertainment joint ventures. Before that he held a variety of new media marketing positions.
