Dave & Buster’s Hires ExactTarget for E-mail Marketing
Dave & Buster’s, Inc. has signed ExactTarget, a provider of on-demand e-mail and one-to-one marketing solutions, to power its e-mail marketing campaigns.
The campaigns will be conducted for Dave & Buster’s 53 entertainment/dining locations in the U.S. and Canada.
The dining chain, which in addition to food offers interactive games, is using ExactTarget’s Enterprise Edition platform to automate its e-mail marketing campaigns. Plans call for delivering emails to the company’s rewards program members, as well as segmenting addresses to develop branded campaigns on a local level.
“Dave & Buster’s is a brand that represents fun and engagement to people around the world, and we needed a partner to deliver that same level of engagement to allow us to connect with our subscribers with relevant messages that drive in-store traffic,” said Diana Rhodes, Dave & Buster’s loyalty and online marketing manager, in a release.
