Fans of NBC’s The Apprentice can take their enthusiasm for the hit TV show to sea, as Expedia.com and Trump World Magazine have launched The Apprentice Legend Cruise.
The venture is the first-ever themed cruise based on The Apprentice reality show. The vacation trip offers consumers an eight-night trip to the Caribbean from New York with stops in San Juan, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Departure is scheduled for Sept. 26. Prices start at $1,199 per person based on double occupancy.
As part of the adventure, travelers will be treated to a send-off party featuring Donald Trump. Other Apprentice cast members will appear for autograph and photo opportunities and a behind the scenes question and answer session.
Cruising fans can experience their own taste of The Apprentice by participating in an on-board competition to win cash prizes. Teams will compete in tasks similar to those performed on the TV show. The grand prize package includes $15,000, a luxury trip to Seattle and a day to spend as Expedia’s CEO.
For an extra fee, cruisers can tee off with Apprentice cast members in the Expedia/Trump World Magazine Golf Tournament for prizes, or they can spend a night on the town with cast members during an Apprentice Legend San Juan Night Club Crawl.
