CrowdSavings Acquired by Half Off Depot for $6.4 Million

nCrowd logo - Half Off Depot - CrowdSavingsAfter acquiring 15 companies, CrowdSavings has found itself its own buyer. Half Off Depot, a social commerce company that’s been around for four years, has agreed to acquire daily-deals company CrowdSavings for $6.4 million, which is the equivalent of $1.5 million in cash and 6.5 million shares. The new company to emerge from this acquisition, which brings a total of 19 combined acquisitions to the table, will be dubbed nCrowd.
