Greenville, SC-based Cosmos Broadcasting has acquired Super Coups of Augusta, GA, a subsidiary of ADVO Inc. Cosmos plans to add 19 more Super Coups franchises of the next two years.
“This is the largest individual multiple franchise market sale in Super Coups’ history,” said Gary Mulloy, chairman and CEO of Windsor, CT-based ADVO, in a statement.
Cosmos is a regional broadcasting company and a subsidiary of the Liberty Corp.
