CoolSavings Inc., Chicago, has been delisted from the Nasdaq National Market effective Nov. 21.
The company, which had been trading under the symbol CSAV, was notified in April that it had failed to maintain a market value of public float of at least $5 million and a bid price of at least $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive trading days.
CoolSavings shares will automatically trade on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board, subject to meeting continuing requirements. The company is considering the ruling and its options for response, including a possible appeal of the ruling, according to a news report.
