ClickAction Inc., Palo Alto, CA, has acquired ConnectedMedia and hired the consultancy’s founders George Grant and Kentyon Reynolds. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the agreement also allows ClickAction to take over ConnectedMedia’s consulting business and client base.
ClickAction specializes in e-mail marketing. ConnectedMedia’s clients include AT&T, McGraw-Hill Standard and Poor’s, and Shop at Home.
