Click Tactics Inc., an online marketing services firm, has acquired Intrasight, a provider of relationship marketing services for the travel and hospitality industry.
Terms were not disclosed.
Jeff Walters, president of Intrasight, will become the chief marketing officer of Click Tactics.
Intrasight will continue to be based in Scottsdale, AZ. Click Tactics will remain in Waltham, MA.
