The two companies will jointly offer the following products and services:
The Alterian Engine, a database analytics application that runs ad hoc queries that span huge volumes of data;
Data Discover and Visualization, which transforms results into metrics and graphical information;
Selection Planner, which offers a planning tool that manages and generates large numbers of selections with actual counts, not just estimates; and
Analytical Reporting, which provides a wide range of reports along with interactive data-crunching tools.
