Chicago Symphony Hires DeCosmo for Segmentation Study

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra has retained DeCosmo and Associates to conduct a customer profile and segmentation study of their subscribers.

In recent years, the CSO has used survey data to develop customer databases, said Jane Quinn, vice president of marketing of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

“DeCosmo and Associates will overlay this house data with demographic and psychographics data, providing the CSO with a rich picture and understanding of the distinguishing characteristics of our patrons,” said Quinn.

“The Chicago Symphony Orchestra is a revered institution that is always looking ahead,” said Joseph DeCosmo, president of DeCosmo and Associates, Burr Ridge, IL. “We are thrilled that the CSO has chosen us to be part of their future. We look forward to developing an actionable segmentation scheme that can be used to drive new, targeted, and data-driven marketing strategies to segmented audiences.”
