Cendant Corp., New York, has restructured its Individual Membership business into three product-centered units: Travel (Travelers Advantage); Shopping (Soppers Advantage); and New/Other Products (new product development, privacy and card protection products, and AutoVantage).
As part of the restructuring, Cendant has appointed Scott W. Bernstein senior VP and general manager of New/Other Products; Anne M. Collins as senior VP, human resources and office services; Ric Leutwyler as senior vice president and general manager of Travel; and Nathaniel J. Lipman as senior vice president, business development and strategic planning.
