(Catalog Age) CDW Government (CDW-G), the government and education subsidiary of CDW Corp., acquired selected assets of Fairmont, WV-based T3 Corp.’s Scientific Information Technology Products Division. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The deal includes a contract awarded in connection with NASA’s Scientific and Engineering Workstation Procurement III (SEWP) program, consisting of 22 contracts that enable purchasers to buy a wide selection of technology.
“It significantly enhances CDW-G’s contract portfolio and flexibility when serving federal customers such as the Department of Defense and its authorized contractors,” Jim Shanks, president of CDW-G, said in a statement.
