Catalina Marketing Introduces Compliance Direct

Catalina Marketing Corp.’s health care division, Health Resource Publishing Company, St. Louis, MO, has launched Compliance Direct, a direct-marketing program that improves prescription medication compliance. Compliance Direct allows pharmaceutical manufacturers to reach patients directly with personalized letters from a patient’s own pharmacist.

Compliance Direct allows pharmaceutical manufacturers to sponsor personalized letters sent directly from the retailer’s pharmacists to patients’ homes. These letters can help reinforce dosing schedules, remind patients when refills are due/overdue, and help patients recognize side effects. Additionally, these letters build on the relationship between pharmacist and patient and help encourage additional communication and dialog. Currently Compliance Direct is available in over 1,100 pharmacies.
