Catalina Marketing Corp., St. Petersburg, FL, acquired DCI Cardmarketing, Manasquan, NJ, a specialist in retail card-based loyalty marketing programs. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
DCI will continue to service its clients from its New Jersey headquarters, but under the Catalina umbrella.
Catalina provides programs to more than 150 consumer goods companies, reaching more than 150 million customers in the United States in more than 11,600 supermarkets each week.
