Carat Merges Interactive and DM Units

Carat Interactive has changed its name to Carat Fusion. This follows the merger of Carat’s interactive digital marketing unit and its direct response marketing agency Carat Direct.

The previously separate units each bring unique perspectives to initial planning and campaign development, according to Toby Gabriner, president of Carat Fusion.

“The fusion of interactive and direct response media is extremely powerful,” said Gabriner, in a statement.
