Car-Tatts and Wendy’s are partnering on a local promotion to raise money for foster children in New Jersey.
Car-Tatts, which makes vinyl graphics for cars and Wenesco Restaurant Systems, the New York-New Jersey Wendy’s franchisee, will sell a Wendy’s Holiday Car-Tatt for $1 at restaurant locations in Fort Lee and Secaucus, NJ, and West Nyack, NY.
The dollars collected will be donated to Wendy’s Wonderful Kids in New Jersey, which helps foster children find placement for adoption with families. Wendy’s customers making the donations will receive half off their first purchase at Car-Tatts, up to $200.
Many of the children spend five years in foster care prior to adoption.
“Five years may not seem like a long time, but to foster children, it could be a lifetime,” said Kevin Woodside, Wenesco vice president, in a statement.
