Right Choice Services, Inc., Minneapolis, acquired the fulfillment division of Mascoutah, IL-based NCH/Nuworld Marketing, a leading coupon clearinghouse. The addition of NCH/NuWorld’s fulfillment segment, will enable Right Choice to more than double business, according to company spokesman, Tim O’Keefe.
RCS ceo Emmet Hanratty says the acquisition fits the company’s strategy of growing its market share with key customers, principally in the packaged goods industry.
He adds that additional staff with fulfillment expertise would allow RCS to expand its emerging rebate, premium, sweepstakes, and sampling businesses.
RCS also says 100 former NCS/ NuWorld employees will be retained.
