Brookstone Inc. reported a net loss of $11 million for the second quarter compared with a net loss of $5.7 million last year.
The cataloger and retailer posted net sales of $91.3 million for the quarter ended July 1, up 4.3% from net sales of $87.5 million last year.
The Merrimack, NH company attributed these results partly to charges associated with the sale of its Gardeners Eden operation last year.
