Red Ventures, Charlotte, NC, has acquired Bridal Media Ventures. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Bridal Media runs several Web sites, all of which provide brides-to-be with money-saving tips on wedding basics. The company claims readership by 200,000 prospective brides.
The company’s websites boast a loyal readership of more than 200,000 brides-to-be. In addition, the websites provide a forum for connecting wedding-related vendors with consumers.
“While parting with the company is difficult, we know of no better long-term home for the company than with Red Ventures,” said Bridal Media founder Drew Kossoff in a statement.
