TA Associates has acquired a minority interest in Babcock & Jenkins Direct for $15 million.
The Beaverton, OR-based agency has offices in Austin, Boston, and San Francisco. Its clients include Oracle, Lucent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, and Intel.
