Anheuser-Busch Debuts ‘Winter’ Draft as Part of Specialty Series

Anheuser-Busch, the maker of Bud and Bud Light, is out with a new “winter seasonal” draft, just one of a number of seasonal brews it has been offering to spice up its line.

Winter’s Bourbon Cask Ale is brewed with dark roasted caramel malts and imported hops and ages on toasted bourbon oak casks and Madagascar vanilla beans. It is the second winter brew to debut in a series of specialty seasonal drafts, the company said.

The beverage can be found on-premise in bars and restaurants through February.

The first seasonal brew to appear was Jack’s Pumpkin Spice Ale, a beer spiced with the “aroma” of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. The company’s other specialty beverages include the Michelob Marzen and Michelob Pale Ale.
