Alloy Inc. has promoted Joseph Frehe from senior vice president of finance to chief financial officer.
Before that, he was vice president – finance, assistant controller, and director of financial integration. Before Alloy, Frehe held corporate finance and controllership positions at Trans Union LLC, a credit reporting company.
