Advo Inc., Windsor, CT, has acquired a controlling interest in Netserts.com, an advertising magazine dedicated to driving online traffic to Internet sites. Netserts.com will be distributed as an advertising supplement in Advo’s shared mail package to about 10 million households each month.
The company has also established ShopWise.com, a new subsidiary that will focus on the development of Advo’s Internet ventures.
