Acxiom Corp. has acquired analytics and predictive modeling firm Quinetix LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The two companies have partnered for more than five years, and have jointly served clients in the multi-channel retail banking, hospitality and media industries. Rob DiCesare, Quinetix president and CEO, will join Acxiom
