90octane LLC, an interactive marketing agency, has acquired lead generation and search engine marketing technology capabilities from Davis Technologies Group.
Terms were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, 90octane will receive the hardware, software and consulting services that will enable it to expand its online lead generation and tracking platform.
Davis will continue to operate autonomously.
