Springwise, the innovation publisher that scans the globe for promising innovation and new business ideas, has searched through hundreds of thousands of submissions it receives to find 20 favorites.
The author, Chris Kreinczes, selected the most innovative marketing campaigns, often with technologies secondary to the story. The campaigns range from the development and marketing of edible six-pack rings to help fend off scientists’ predictions that plastic will be found in 99% of sea birds stomachs by 2050, to a “Test Drives for Good” campaign from a Brazilian lawn care company that offered test drives on its new lawn mover, but with that catch that the drives take place in city parks to help keep the lawns clipped.
