Yellow Book USA, the directory publisher, has purchased Guide Communications Inc., a publisher of directories in suburban New York State and Connecticut.
Terms were not disclosed.
These directories contain about 219,000 listings and cover New York communities Mt. Kisco-Chappaqua-Armonk, Bedford-Katonah, Putnam County, Yorktown-Somers, Mount Pleasant-Briarcliff Manor, Fishkill-Beacon, Greater Pawling, Ossining-Tarrytown-Croton-on-Hudson and Peekskill-Cortlandt as well as Ridgefield-Wilton, CT.
