Wyndham Hotel Group Elevates Marketing Departments

Wyndham Hotel Group is ramping up its marketing departments across its brands with a host of employee promotions.

The hotel group has promoted Rosanne Zusman to VP-marketing. Under her new title, Zusman oversees marketing for the Super 8, Knights Inn, Travelodge and Howard Johnson brands. She previously worked as senior director of marketing for the Super 8 and Knights Inn brands.

Keri Putera has been promoted to VP-marketing where she oversees marketing for the Ramada, Wingate Inn, Baymont and AmeriHost Inn brands. Putera worked as senior director of marketing for the Ramada, Wingate Inn and AmeriHost Inn brands since January 2005. She started her career as marketing coordinator at Howard Johnson in 1998 and was named director of marketing in 2000 and senior director of marketing in 2003.

In addition, Wyndham Hotel Group promoted Jill Noblett to senior VP-loyalty and direct marketing, a title change. Noblett oversees strategic development and management of the TripRewards loyalty program, customer loyalty initiatives, customer database, direct-marketing programs, strategic marketing alliances and promotional initiatives across all Wyndham brands.

Noblett worked as VP-loyalty and direct marketing since November 2001. Prior to that, she worked as VP-loyalty marketing for the company. Noblett joined the Wyndham Hotel Group in October 1999 as corporate director of loyalty marketing.

The group also promoted Margo Beckwith-Byrne to senior VP, hotel operations centers. In her new role, Beckwith-Byrne oversees Wyndham Hotel Group Operations Centers in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada; Aberdeen, SD; and Manila, the Philippines. Her duties include the oversight of the customer service, group sales, distribution and TripRewards member support departments. She served as VP-hotel contact centers since 2000.

The promotions were effective in July. All report to Jean Thomas, Wyndham Hotel Group executive VP and CMO.

Wyndham Hotel Group, formerly Cendant Hotel Group, includes more than 6,400 hotels worldwide. Wyndham Worldwide completed its spin off from Cendant last week.
