Web site adoption among such smaller businesses as painters, plumbers and carpet cleaners is expected to grow from 33% now to 60% by 2010, according to the Kelsey Group.
“Home and trade service small to medium-sized firms will look to peer businesses for options when considering how to generate leads,” said Matt Booth, senior vice president, in a statement.
