Volkswagen of America, Inc. has selected Draftfcb Chicago as its new customer relationship management agency of record for the U.S.
Draftfcb won the CRM business following an extensive review and will replace duties previously handled by Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Euro RSCG Worldwide, effective immediately.
Draftfcb will closely partner with its Interpublic Group sibling agency Deutsch L.A. to help Volkswagen of America achieve its growth goals in the United States. Deutsch was named to handle national creative duties for the brand in October 2009.
