VML, a marketing technology provider, has acquired Studiocom, a digital marketing agency, for an undisclosed sum.
Studiocom will operate as an independent unit, headquartered in Atlanta, with offices in Los Angeles and Bogota, Colombia. Studiocom employs more than 55.
“VML has grown into one of the largest and most innovative digital marketing companies in the world today,” said VML CEO Matt Anthony in a statement.
