Visa International has selected Dublin-based Baltimore Technologies’ secure web access system to provide the infrastructure necessary to secure, protect and authenticate online payment transactions for member banks, their customers, and online merchants worldwide.
This Baltimore secure Web access system enables Visa to operate its own “digital certificate” management system and issue Visa-branded digital certificates–online credentials that validate a person’s online identity.
