Veronis Suhler Stevenson has acquired Tranzact, a direct marketing services firm, for $185 million from Halyard Capital.
During the past four years, Halyard has remained the majority owner of Tranzact. Marc Byron and David Graf will continue to be major shareholders in the business. The company provides outsourced customer acquisition services to Fortune 1000 firms.
