ValueClick Inc., a provider of online marketing services, posted a fourth-quarter revenue increase of 61% to $30.3 million.
In addition, the Westlake Village, CA firm posted net income of $5.3 million, compared with $1.8 million during the same period in the prior year. The quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2003.
The company also reported a 48% gain in fiscal year revenue to $92.5 million. Net income rose to $9.8 million, compared with a net loss of $10.6 million during the prior year.
Based on its fourth-quarter results, ValueClick has raised its guidance for fiscal year 2004. It expects to generate first-quarter revenue of up to $33 million and net income of up to $6.5 million.
