USA Chicago, an interactive marketing agency, has merged with Slack Barshinger, a locally based business-to-business marketing communications shop.
Terms were not disclosed.
The new agency will keep the Slack Barshinger name.
USA Chicago founder/CEO Pat Yanahan will become executive vice president and partner of Slack Barshinger. USA president/COO Mike Cacicio will become a vice president and partner. Both will report to CEO Gary Slack.
