UPS has launched an online return service.
Powered by the firm’s Online Worldship software, the UPS Electronic Return Label enables businesses to e-mail shipping labels to customers who want to return merchandise.
The e-mail also provides the customer with listings of the nearest UPS drop-off locations, and a tracking number for checking the status of the package.
