United Marketing Group has selected analytics marketing firm DataCo Solutions to provide data, business and marketing analytics and consulting.
United Marketing Group markets affinity membership programs and merchandise products through inbound and outbound calls, direct mail and e-commerce.
Under the new agreement, DataCo Solutions will provide services to UMG’s consumer and business-to-business programs. The new arrangement includes management, execution and business consulting activities. Financial terms of the new contract were not disclosed.
As part of the new arrangement, DataCo will use its Customer Experience Monitor Program, which evaluates customer attitudes and sales performance on the basis of loyal, non-loyal or neutral behavior.
